These terms govern your use of thefocusaistudio.com and your engagement with Maria Fethers, trading as Focus AI Studio ("we", "us", "our"), for strategic advice and implementation services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer F.O.C.U.S Strategy Day (a paid on-site day with written findings and a phased roadmap), F.O.C.U.S Build (scoped implementation projects with fixed written quotes) and F.O.C.U.S Advise (strategic AI advice bought as a fixed three or six month block). Advise includes its own Discovery day, weekly check-ins and the number of site visits stated for the chosen block. This is separate from the standalone £950 F.O.C.U.S Strategy Day service. Specific deliverables, timelines and prices for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Fees and payment

• F.O.C.U.S Strategy Day is charged upfront at the price shown at time of booking.
• F.O.C.U.S Build projects are scoped and quoted individually. Payment terms are set out in the project proposal.
• F.O.C.U.S Advise is £4,200 for three months, paid upfront, or £7,200 for six months, with half due at the start and half at the midpoint.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative "from" prices unless stated otherwise, and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, people and content, and to review deliverables within reasonable timeframes. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect timelines and costs.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for a client become the client's property on full payment, except for pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks and templates which remain ours and are licensed to the client for internal use only. The F.O.C.U.S methodology and site materials remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of the work. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Warranties and liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Cancellations and refunds

F.O.C.U.S Strategy Days can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Refund eligibility for Build engagements is set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Advise is a fixed block and does not roll on automatically. Any rescheduling or exceptional cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before the block begins.

Governing law
