- F.O.C.U.S Strategy Day · £950. A full day on the business, plus the research, written findings and a phased roadmap that follow. For any business, whether it has been running for years or has not opened yet. Covers London and the Home Counties; further afield by arrangement. - F.O.C.U.S Build · the implementation. Scoped per project, with a fixed written quote agreed before any work starts. No bands and no published band prices. Handover sessions and documentation included by default. https://thefocusaistudio.com/site/services
- F.O.C.U.S Advise · strategic AI advice for business owners, directors and leadership teams, delivered as a fixed three or six month block. Both blocks run the full F.O.C.U.S arc and begin with an included Discovery day on site, a baseline measure and a written roadmap. The three month block suits owner-led businesses and small leadership teams where decisions sit with one or two people, so changes can be agreed, tested and embedded within a quarter. It costs £4,200 paid upfront and includes two site visits. The six month block suits several departments, sites or a wider team, or multiple connected changes that need time to be tested and adopted. It costs £7,200, half at the start and half at the midpoint, and includes three site visits. Weekly 30 minute check-ins, WhatsApp or email access with replies within one working day Monday to Friday, planned site visits and a final review keep decisions moving. The included Discovery day is part of Advise and is not the separate £950 Strategy Day. Nothing rolls on automatically. Build work is never included and is quoted separately in writing. - Business Brain · £995 for Advise clients or £1,595 standalone. A one-off cost with no monthly fee. A Live Business Brain, connected to live documents, CRM and systems, is quoted separately as a F.O.C.U.S Build.

Focus AI Studio is insured with Hiscox: professional indemnity and public liability at £1,000,000 each, and cyber and data cover at £250,000. Certificates are available on request. Maria holds the Artificial Intelligence Programme credential from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2025).
